Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR5580 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR5580 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR5580 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, MIR5580 RNA expression shows 4,681 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR5580 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
