SUMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P56, RN7SKP77, and RNU6-226P. Each is linked with SUMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO3-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
