Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT6B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,389 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT6B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD3, HBM, and FAM25E. Each is linked with SULT6B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT6B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT6B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULT6B1 versus FRMD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT6B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT6B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
