SULT2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4662B, YTHDF3-AS1, and STX10. Each is linked with SULT2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4662B grouped by SULT2A1-low versus SULT2A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
