SUFU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUFU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,634 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUFU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA6, DCTN3, and RPL5. Each is linked with SUFU in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUFU-to-partner and partner-to-SUFU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUFU versus ANXA6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUFU→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUFU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
