SUB1P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUB1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,623 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUB1P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF8, SAP18, and SF3B3. Each is linked with SUB1P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUB1P4-to-partner and partner-to-SUB1P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUB1P4 versus PRPF8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUB1P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUB1P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
