SUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, OR51A7, and CICP28. Each is linked with SUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUB1-to-partner and partner-to-SUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by SUB1-low versus SUB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
