STYX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,527 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, GNPNAT1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with STYX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYX-to-partner and partner-to-STYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
