Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STYX RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STYX data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher STYX RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STYX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where STYX RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
