STYX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,429 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRFAP1, C9orf50, and PER1. Each is linked with STYX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYX-to-partner and partner-to-STYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
