Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,889 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, RC3H1, and RCAN1. Each is linked with STX1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX1B-to-partner and partner-to-STX1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX1B versus RBSN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
