STX19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1Y, MIR4692, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with STX19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX19-to-partner and partner-to-STX19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1Y grouped by STX19-low versus STX19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX19→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
