Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,027 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CREG1, VNN2, and CXCL3. Each is linked with STX16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX16-to-partner and partner-to-STX16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX16 versus CREG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX16→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
