STUM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STUM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STUM-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, ACTR6P1, and MTND3P16. Each is linked with STUM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STUM-to-partner and partner-to-STUM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STUM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STUM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
