Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,568 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRIP2_S318, STRIP2_S354, and MECP2. Each is linked with STRIP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-STRIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRIP2 versus STRIP2_S318 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
