STRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,284 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP5, NIP7, and DNM1L. Each is linked with STRAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRAP-to-partner and partner-to-STRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRAP versus USP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
