Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,498 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP5, FOXM1, and MRPL51. Each is linked with STRAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRAP-to-partner and partner-to-STRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRAP versus USP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
