Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,663 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Lipid translocation, and Ribosomal small subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with STRAP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRAP-to-partner and partner-to-STRAP results are reported.
