Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRADB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,589 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRADB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, SPR, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with STRADB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADB-to-partner and partner-to-STRADB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STRADB versus CTPS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRADB→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRADB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
