Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRADB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRADB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02079, RN7SL122P, and RNU6-13P. Each is linked with STRADB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRADB-to-partner and partner-to-STRADB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02079 grouped by STRADB-low versus STRADB-high in UCEC.
