STRA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR581, RN7SL83P, and RN7SL318P. Each is linked with STRA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA8-to-partner and partner-to-STRA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR581 grouped by STRA8-low versus STRA8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
