STRA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with STRA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA8-to-partner and partner-to-STRA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by STRA8-low versus STRA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
