Across TCGA cell cohorts, STRA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA10, BRINP3, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with STRA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA8-to-partner and partner-to-STRA8 results are reported.
