Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA6LP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STRA6LP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-271P, PPIL2, and HMGXB4. Each is linked with STRA6LP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6LP-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6LP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-271P grouped by STRA6LP-low versus STRA6LP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA6LP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA6LP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
