STRA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STRA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STRA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP379, RNU7-81P, and MIR4470. Each is linked with STRA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STRA6-to-partner and partner-to-STRA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP379 grouped by STRA6-low versus STRA6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STRA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STRA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
