Across TCGA patient cohorts, STON1-GTF2A1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STON1-GTF2A1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, ILK, and PRKG1. Each is linked with STON1-GTF2A1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STON1-GTF2A1L-to-partner and partner-to-STON1-GTF2A1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STON1-GTF2A1L versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
