STON1-GTF2A1L

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STON1-GTF2A1L RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STON1-GTF2A1L data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STON1-GTF2A1L RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STON1-GTF2A1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where STON1-GTF2A1L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
