Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,882 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STMN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, SLC16A8, and NEFH. Each is linked with STMN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN4-to-partner and partner-to-STMN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STMN4 versus SOX10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
