STK32A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCA, DDAH1, and VWA5A. Each is linked with STK32A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32A-to-partner and partner-to-STK32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK32A versus PRKCA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
