STK17B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK17B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK17B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, ARHGAP15, and WAS. Each is linked with STK17B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK17B-to-partner and partner-to-STK17B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK17B versus WIPF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK17B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK17B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
