Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK17B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK17B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK3, CD7, and ITGAL. Each is linked with STK17B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK17B-to-partner and partner-to-STK17B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK17B versus JAK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK17B→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK17B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
