STIM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRRT_S136, MDN1_T4898, and STIM1_S660. Each is linked with STIM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM1-to-partner and partner-to-STIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIM1 versus SRRT_S136 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
