STIL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP2, RAB3GAP1_S664, and ACBD5_S418. Each is linked with STIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIL-to-partner and partner-to-STIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIL versus NOP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
