Across TCGA patient cohorts, STH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-463P, RNU7-82P, and OR5BM1P. Each is linked with STH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STH-to-partner and partner-to-STH results are reported.
