STEAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P5, CIDECP1, and KIF22. Each is linked with STEAP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP4-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA5P5 grouped by STEAP4-low versus STEAP4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
