STEAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STEAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM210, IL27, and BHLHA9. Each is linked with STEAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP3-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM210 grouped by STEAP3-low versus STEAP3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
