STAT5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1, ARHGAP45, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with STAT5A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5A-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT5A versus LCP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
