Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAT5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,286 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCST, TRAT1, and ICOS. Each is linked with STAT5A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5A-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAT5A versus HCST in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
