Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,528 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAT5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Regulation of viral process, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with STAT5A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5A-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5A results are reported.
