Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAT5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL5, MSTN, and VWC2L. Each is linked with STAT5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAT5A-to-partner and partner-to-STAT5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL5 grouped by STAT5A-low versus STAT5A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
