Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD7-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD7-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD17AP7, MIR188, and COX6CP12. Each is linked with STARD7-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types.
