Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STARD7-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STARD7-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STARD7-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STARD7-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and THYM show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where STARD7-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
