STARD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRLOS, RNA5SP412, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with STARD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD6-to-partner and partner-to-STARD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRLOS grouped by STARD6-low versus STARD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
