STARD13-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD13-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD13-AS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STARD13, PRKG1, and STARD13_S389. Each is linked with STARD13-AS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD13-AS-to-partner and partner-to-STARD13-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD13-AS versus STARD13 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD13-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD13-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
