Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STARD13-AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STARD13-AS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STARD13-AS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STARD13-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LUAD show a favorable association.

ACC, UCS, and COAD are the cancer types where STARD13-AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
