Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM1B, NSD3, and ASH2L. Each is linked with STAR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAR-to-partner and partner-to-STAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAR versus KDM1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
