Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAR mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Temsirolimus, Lestaurtinib, and GSK2606414. Each is linked with STAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAR-to-partner and partner-to-STAR results are reported.
