Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,008 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNY, NMT2, and PRPF18. Each is linked with STAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM-to-partner and partner-to-STAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAM versus CCNY in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
