STAG3L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-2, LCE1A, and RNU6-695P. Each is linked with STAG3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3L2-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-2 grouped by STAG3L2-low versus STAG3L2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
