STAG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIV-44-1, MGAT4B, and SLC4A2. Each is linked with STAG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG3-to-partner and partner-to-STAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIV-44-1 grouped by STAG3-low versus STAG3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
